St. Kitts and Nevis are attracting many investors into the islands due to the great potential and the investment incentives in place. The Citizenship by Investment Program is one such program geared toward attracting investors and residents to the islands. Upon successful application for St Kitts citizenship, St. Kitts grants fast and legitimate citizenship and passports.
Second Passport and St. Kitts/Nevis Citizenship for life
St Kitts and Nevis offers second passport and Citizenship for life for the main applicant, applicant’s spouse and two (2) dependent children (if any).
Dual Citizenship
Dual citizenship is permitted and there is no residence requirement. It is not necessary to visit St. Kitts or Nevis to process the 2nd citizenship application, but we do recommend you visit the island if you have chosen the Real Estate option, to select your property. And, if you want to reside in St. Kitts or Nevis there are no restrictions on doing so.
Granting of Citizenship
If you have submitted all documents (i.e. application forms and all supporting documents, etc.) and passed all necessary procedures (like due — diligence) you can expect to receive your Certificate of Naturalization and Passport within 30 days as a rule. Second Passport Validity
The validity of passports in St. Kitts is ten (10) years. A passport which expired or which has no further space for visas must be replaced with a new one at nominal cost of US $85 for adult passports and US $50 for children under 16.

Travel visa-free to more than one hundred (100) countries including Canada, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland and Schengen States of the European Union.

The investment into the economy of these countries is paid to the local governing authority depending on the citizenship options and will be held in escrow account, which will only be released when citizenship is granted or returned if citizenship is denied.
Fees paid to CCP Inc will cover legal costs, processing and application fees and expenses. The processing will not begin until CCP is prepaid the non-refundable fees.
There are two main ways to achieve St. Kitts/Nevis citizenship and a second passport:
Both programs allow the acquisition of citizenship by a direct contribution to development projects in the nation. By option one, a family or individual qualifies to apply for citizenship through an investment in designated real estate. Through option 2, a family or individual qualifies to apply for citizenship through a financial contribution made to the SIDF, providing diversification options for local citizens once involved in and reliant on the sugar industry.
Persons and their dependents opting for the Real Estate citizenship option must invest a minimum of US $400,000 in a government approved real estate development project made up of either land only, or land and house/villa. Family size is irrelevant; however, the registration fee for this option for economic citizenship is based on the number of dependents and ages and is as follows:

In addition to the investment fees, due diligence fees and application fees, there are agent fees and other professional and processing fees.
Application for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship will be examined by the appointed government agency. If it is felt necessary, an applicant may be requested to attend an interview. This interview may be conducted by government officers in St. Kitts & Nevis or at any diplomatic or consular post of St. Kitts & Nevis.
We recommend clients for Real Estate option to visit in order to personally hand pick the property of choice from the many prime options available. Payment Terms & Conditions
Monies paid to the designated SIDF account or a government escrow account is refundable; the government will return this payment if your application is rejected.
Step one:
Decide which Investment Option is best for you.
Pay us the professional and legal fees, once paid, we will lead you through the collection and completion of the required paper work for the due diligence agency.
Contact us for the Data Form and fill it and submit it to us by e-mail or fax. Based on the information provided in the data form we will advise you on the paperwork requirements and lead you through the process of collecting and organizing the documents. Applicant and members of the family should send some of the documents required by fax or e-mail. Our legal team will check the documents for correctness.
Step two:
We will submit your application to the government on your behalf. The due diligence will begin when all necessary document are submitted. The due diligence process may be time consuming, depending on particular circumstances of the applicants, but in our experience, it normally takes approximately thirty to sixty days for the government to receive the results from the due-diligence agency. It all depends upon the countries, where the checks have to be done.
Step three:
In the interim, you must pay the calculated investment amount into the escrow accounts. The agent fees of US $15,000 or US $ 25,000 are used to cover such expenses as procedural and stamp fees, our professional and legal fees.
If you have selected the real estate option, this would be the time to schedule a visit to the island to hand pick your choice of St. Kitts property. Alternatively, CCP Inc. will be happy to provide prime property options, with photos for you to choose from. If you decide to visit St. Kitts/ Nevis, we will meet you at the airport and we will make sure that your stay in St. Kitts/Nevis is productive yet enjoyable.
Step four:
Once the Approval Letter is issued, you will receive a Citizenship Certificate of Registration, your Certificate of Title for Property (Real Estate option only). You may immediately apply for your St Kitts passport though us.
