Our Asset Protection packages feature either an offshore trust or an offshore foundation with shares of an offshore corporation. The trust structure can be set up with your own trustee (Belize) or with an appointed trustee (both Belize & Nevis). The Foundation can be set up with your appointed council member or you may choose to have us act as member to enhance your privacy further. The same applies to the structure of your offshore corporation; you may choose an offshore corporation in any form available (IBC, LLC or LDC) with your own director/member or use our nominee director/member service for better privacy. Remember: All Nevis Trusts MUST have a Nevis Agent acting as the Trustee OR have a Nevis Company as Trustee. Panama foundations and Companies are set up with three (3) nominee officers, as this information is on public record.
