Form an Offshore Foundation
We sell two different offshore foundation packages:
- Package #1 without Nominee Council Member(s)
- Package #2 with our Nominee Council Member(s)
Please follow these simple steps to form your private foundation using our online forms!
Step 1: Please select a foundation package (standard or nominee). All options are highlighted in the table below. The page will redirect to an online registration form.
Step 2: Complete all the relevant information fields. At the bottom of the page, you will select your payment option from a drop down menu. Once satisfied with your selection, press the "Create Invoice" button.
Step 3: A pro forma invoice of your order will show up, it will have order details and final instructions to complete payment.
Please review your foundation order carefully; if you need to make any changes to the foundation order, press the "Return Back" button on your browser and it will bring you back to the previous form (refer to the step 2).
Step 4: Complete payment
- For credit card payment, press the "Pay Secure Online" button and it will redirect to our secure merchant page.Complete the payment details.
- For wire transfer, Western Union, or Money Gram full payment details are provided at the bottom of the page.
Please print a copy, or save a copy of the invoice for your own records.
Once you press the Confirm button, we receive the order, at the same time you will receive an automatic notification with a list of required documents.
As soon as we receive the payment and all necessary information, we will ship you the foundation kit by courier post.
Worldwide delivery time takes from 1 to 5 days, depending on where you are. For example, delivery time from Anguilla to the US is one working day or to the UK, two working days; from Panama to Europe three to four working days.
If you order an offshore foundation with a bank account, all necessary forms will be included in the package. After we send you the package, we will give you the courier tracking number and you can track the package on the Internet.
